By accessing or using Collectibles Marketplace ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
Collectibles Marketplace is an online platform that connects buyers and sellers of collectible items including Comics, Funko Pops, Youtooz, and other collectibles. We provide the platform for users to interact but are not party to transactions between users.
3.1 Registration: You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Platform.
You agree NOT to:
5.1 Listing Accuracy: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all listings.
5.2 Transaction Completion: We are NOT a party to transactions. Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing transactions, including payment and shipping.
5.3 Disputes: Users must resolve disputes directly. We may provide contact facilitation but are not responsible for transaction outcomes.
5.4 Prohibited Items: Users may not list illegal items, counterfeit goods, or items that violate intellectual property rights.
6.1 Current Policy: The Platform is currently FREE to use during the beta period.
6.2 Beta Users (Founding Members): Users who join during beta will receive lifetime zero-fee benefits, even if fees are introduced later.
6.3 Future Changes: We reserve the right to introduce fees for new users after the beta period ends.
7.1 Privacy First: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only your display name is visible to other users.
7.2 Data Collection: We collect only necessary information to operate the Platform (email, username, listings, messages).
7.3 Data Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
7.4 No Selling Data: We will NEVER sell your personal information to third parties.
8.1 Platform Content: All Platform design, features, and code are owned by Collectibles Marketplace.
8.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you post (listings, messages, reviews). By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the Platform.
8.3 Trademarks: Brand names, product names, and images posted by users remain the property of their respective owners.
9.1 "As Is" Service: The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
9.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the completion of transactions, or the quality of items.
9.3 Beta Disclaimer: As a beta platform, we may experience bugs, downtime, or data loss. We recommend backing up important information.
9.4 Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, data loss, or failed transactions.
10.1 Your Right: You may delete your account at any time.
10.2 Our Right: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to the Platform and all associated data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
